Description
For sale is this lovely Royal Doulton character jug of Monty. Bernard Law Montgomery 1887-1976, had along and distinguished military careers. Some of Montys highlights include the first allied victory of ww11, North Africa, 1942, with also the German surrender in 1945 at Luneburg Heath. This is the large version and measures approximately 15 cm in height and 12cm in diameter. This is stamped to the base Monty D6202 in the black stamp. Condition is excellent.
