We do every thing we can to describe and photograph the products as accurately as possible. Not all screen resolutions display the images in their true colour, which may make the item appear slightly different than it actually is. We do not take responsibility for this, as it is out of our control.

Nearly all our products for sale are in used condition, please keep this in mind when you are purchasing as we can not guarantee the life of the product. But we will include any faults in the description with photographs (if the issue can be photographed) when presenting an item for sale on our on-line store.

Postage is at the buyers risk. When shipping we use Australia Post at the standard postage rate with a tracking. We do not pay for insurance or required signiture, “But you are recommended to do so at your own expense”. We have never had any problem with postage in the past, but this is a service not under control therefore we can not give you a guarantee. But we work with you to achieve a smooth, confident, pleasant and complete buyers experience!

Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating items on our on-line store. The items available on-line may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, we do everything to ensure this does not happen, but some times mistakes happen. We will correct any errors as soon as we can, but we may experience delays in updating information.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications and availability. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
